Description of Poppies, gite number one with 3 bedrooms, (approximatively 120 meter square)

Welcome to Poppies cottage with a terrace facing the sun.
This cottage is the first to have been created at PEGON by Kath and Martin, English older owners.

This gite may receive through its 3 bedrooms up to 8 persons an area of approximately 120 meter square

This cottage has :
2 large rooms on the ground floor:
one room is a kitchen with a large table for meals (35m ²) and a toilet,
second room is a large living room (25m ²) with a fireplace.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (15m²), individual shower, and a toilet (WC) and a bathroom with bathtub.
2 bedrooms with double bed
1 bedroom with 4 single beds
